For orders placed on elpisclothing.com we delivery by DHL Express, Vietnam Official Post and SF Express. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed. The below transit times are an approximate guide once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery, or provide a business address.

    Due to Covid-19, delivery times depend on when commercial flight is available. (May be It takes up to 4-6 Weeks)

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. ELPIS cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTY

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

We recommend splitting up large orders into multiple smaller orders to avoid taxes and duties.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied, if your purchase has been shipped no changes can be made to your order.

ORDER INFORMATION

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
