We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Your order will be canceled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, all pre-order items are immediately moved to production, and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind.
Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- ELPIS reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to ELPIS. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. ELPIS is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. HOW DO YOU RETURN/ EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS?
If you would like to return/exchange, you must notify ELPIS within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return/exchange request via email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once the return/exchange request has been approved, a return/exchange guideline will be emailed to you.
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR REFUND?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
Once the return has been approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method and you will receive a notification email.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
