PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
With the desire to provide customers with the best shopping experience, ELPIS is always willing to meet the customers’s exchange demands.
In what cases can products be exchanged
- Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues but the customer will be in charge of the return fee.
- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition. We only accept exchange request within 3 days from the day you received the item.
- Exchange to another product: We will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences.
- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.
For orders that has been damaged while received due to manufacturing or shipping we will re-sent the order without any charge.
Note: We only accept exchange and return within 3 days after the order has been delivered (we will use online tracking system to check on the delivery date)
HOW DO YOU RETURN/ EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS?
If you would like to return/exchange an item, you must notify ELPIS within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Please follow the exchange instructions below:
- Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return/exchange request via email email@example.com
- Once the return/exchange request has been approved, a return/exchange guideline will be emailed to you.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in a packaging.
- Print then attach the confirmation of purchase email. You must pack the item(s) in a package to avoid losing documents and/or items' details.
- Go to your local post office or another courier to return the package to the address 236/43/9 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh, 700000, Vietnam.
- Please provide us the tracking number from the local post office or couriers and make note of this number for your records so you may track the status of your return.
- Once received the return package in our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) and confirm that it fits our return policy or not. After that, exchanges will be processed within 20 days or less (due to the outbreak of Covid-19). If the new item costs less or more than the original item, then you will either receive a refund for the surplus of exchanging items' value or a new sur-charge invoice for the difference amount. The refund for the surplus of exchanging items' value will be issued to your Loyalty Points on our website. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR REFUND?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
Once the return has been approved, your refund will be issued Loyalty Points, which is equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.
